I am very grateful for the enthusiastic endorsement of the Shriners Hospitals for Children Fundraising Committee. Red would be very proud to know that a montage of the finest components of his best artwork, and his most inspirational writings, is being offered exclusively to his fellow Shriners, to raise critically needed funds for the Children’s Hospitals. My husband’s only son, Richard, died at nine years old, after losing his long and painful battle with leukemia. Red made a lifelong commitment to help sick children, and to bring comfort to their families in any way that he could. Through the sales of Red’s artwork, we hope to expand the Hospitals’ mission; saving the lives of more children, and relieving them of their pain and suffering.
